Vince Vaughn stars in "Bad Monkey," a new crime comedy series that premiered on Apple TV+ on Friday, April 28th. Vaughn plays Andrew Yancy, a disgraced detective turned restaurant inspector in Southern Florida who is pulled into a world of greed and corruption after he begins investigating a seemingly simple case of food poisoning.
The series is based on the 2013 novel of the same name by Carl Hiaasen, and is described as a "colorful crime comedy highlighting Vince Vaughn at his fast-talking best" by The New York Times. Variety calls it "a cheeky simian that helps Vince Vaughn's Apple TV comedy breeze by."
The series also stars Michelle Monaghan, who plays Vaughn's ex-wife, and Rob Delaney, who plays his partner. The first three episodes of "Bad Monkey" are now available to stream on Apple TV+, with new episodes released weekly.
